We will contact you for additional information if the "ship to" name on your order doesn't match the "bill to" name on the credit card or if the "ship to" address appears to be a business.
We will take extra steps to verify orders originating from free email services.
Orders from invalid email addresses or unverifiable domains cannot be fulfilled and will be cancelled.
Requests to falsify customs forms will result in cancellation of your order.
Unfortunately, prevelance of scams, lack of reliable package delivery, war, and civil unrest make it impossible for us to accept orders from or ship orders to certain international locations. Orders from these locations will be rejected.
We don't keep credit card numbers on hand any longer than it takes to process your order (this means you'll have to give it to us each time you order, but we think the small hassle is worth the added protection).
We use card verification methods (CVM), commonly known as security codes (three or four extra digits imprinted on the back of the card), to help make sure that the person using your card actually has the card in hand. In fact, our credit card processing vendor automatically declines transactions submitted without the code. Security codes aren't displayed on statements or receipts which are still the most common sources of stolen credit card numbers (according to Forbes).
We have anti-fraud safeguards in place, and will pursue prosecution for all fraudulent orders, including reporting fraud to the FBI Internet Fraud Complaint Center.
Unfortunately, due to a few bad apples out there, we must state that we do reserve the right to refuse service. "Be nice or leave" - Unknown |
